Facebook has just introduced a translation service with the help of bing. This translation tool will allow users to translate comments and posts in their languases.
This tool only works for facebook pages and not for facebook profiles.
Follow these steps to enable it.
Edit page and go to My settings
See the option "Translations from", here mark Admin, community and machine translators
save changes
